01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, submitting an enquiry or application, or using any of our tools, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

02About Our Services

LoanPeCar is a technology-driven facilitation platform. We help you explore and apply for financial products offered by our partner banks, NBFCs and insurance companies ("Partners"), including:

• New car, used car, refinance and balance transfer car loans, and commercial vehicle loans.
• Personal loans, business loans, home loans and loans against property.
• Credit cards.
• Motor, two-wheeler, commercial vehicle, health, term and travel insurance.

03Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Use the Platform only for yourself, or for a business you are authorised to represent.

Each Partner applies its own eligibility criteria such as age, income, credit score, location and vehicle or property type.

04Your Information & Obligations

You agree that:

• All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, complete and your own.
• You will promptly inform us of any change in the information you have provided.
• You authorise us to verify your information and to share it with Partners, credit bureaus and verification agencies to process your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You will not apply using another person's identity or documents without their written authorisation.

Providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection of your application, termination of services and action under applicable law.

05Loan Approval & Decisions

• All decisions on approval, sanction amount, interest rate, tenure, processing fee and disbursement are taken solely by the Partner, based on its credit policy.
• Terms such as "instant approval", "best rates" or "disbursal in 24 hours" describe typical or indicative outcomes and are not a guarantee of approval, a specific rate or a particular timeline.
• Interest rates and offers shown on the Platform are indicative and may change without notice. The final terms will be those in the Partner's sanction letter and Key Fact Statement (KFS).
• Please read the sanction letter, KFS and loan agreement carefully before you sign. Repayment of the loan and any charges is your responsibility towards the Partner.

06Fees & Charges

Using the LoanPeCar website to explore products is free of charge. We may receive a commission or fee from Partners for applications we facilitate; this does not increase the price you pay to the Partner.

Any processing fee, documentation charge, stamp duty, insurance premium or other charge is levied by the Partner and will be disclosed in its documents. Payments for a loan or policy should be made only to the Partner's official account.

07EMI Calculator & Credit Score

Our EMI Calculator and eligibility tools give estimates for guidance only. Actual EMIs depend on the final rate, tenure, fees and terms set by the Partner.

When you use our Fetch Your CIBIL feature, you authorise us to obtain your credit report from a credit information company on your behalf. The report is provided by the bureau and we are not responsible for any errors in it. To correct your credit report, please contact the bureau directly.

08Consent to Communicate

By submitting your details, you authorise LoanPeCar, our Partners and authorised representatives to contact you by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry, application and related products. This consent overrides any registration on the National Do Not Call (DND/NCPR) registry. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time as explained in our Privacy Policy.

09Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the Platform's security or operation.
• Upload viruses, malicious code or harmful content.
• Copy, scrape or harvest data from the Platform using automated tools without our written permission.
• Impersonate LoanPeCar, its employees or any other person.

10Intellectual Property

The LoanPeCar name, logo, tagline "More Values! More Possibilities!", website design, text, graphics and software are the property of Ruptech Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

11Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to, or redirect you to, websites and services of Partners and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or suitable for your specific needs, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or free of viruses. Nothing on the Platform is financial, legal or tax advice; please consult a qualified professional where needed.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruptech and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from:

• Rejection or delay of any application, or any decision made by a Partner.
• The terms, products or services of any Partner or third party.
• Your reliance on any estimate, calculation or information on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your data caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ruptech Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Ruptech”), its directors, officers, employees, representatives and partners from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:

• your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• any false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information or documents provided by you;
• any act, omission, misrepresentation or misconduct on your part; or
• any third-party claims or disputes relating to fees, charges, interest or other amounts levied by a lending institution, to the extent such claims or disputes arise from your acts, omissions or misrepresentation.

15Lender Offers and Changes to Terms

All offers, interest rates, fees, charges, loan amounts, repayment tenures and other loan-related information displayed on this Website are indicative and are based on schemes and information made available by Ruptech’s lending partners from time to time. Such offers and terms may be revised, modified, suspended or withdrawn by the respective lenders without prior notice, subject to applicable law. The display of any offer or loan-related information on this Website shall not constitute a binding commitment or guarantee by Ruptech or any lending institution to provide a loan on the terms displayed.

16Loan Approval and Disbursement

All loan applications are subject to the independent assessment, verification, eligibility criteria, credit policies and final decision of the respective lending institution. The approval, sanction, terms and disbursement of any loan shall be at the sole discretion of the concerned lender.

Ruptech acts as a facilitator in connecting prospective borrowers with lending institutions and does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, disbursement, any particular loan terms or a specific processing or disbursement timeline. Ruptech does not control the independent credit decisions, internal processes or disbursement timelines of lending institutions and shall not be held responsible for any rejection, delay, modification or withdrawal of a loan offer by a lender, except to the extent such liability arises from Ruptech’s own acts or omissions or otherwise cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17Lender Charges and Disputes

Any interest, processing fees, foreclosure charges, penalties or other amounts levied by a lending institution shall be governed by the applicable loan agreement, sanction letter and terms disclosed by that institution. Borrowers are responsible for reviewing and understanding such terms before accepting a loan. Any dispute concerning charges imposed by a lender shall be addressed in accordance with the applicable loan documentation and grievance-redressal process, without prejudice to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

18Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or stop providing our services to you, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, provided false information or used the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, will continue to apply.

19Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to first contact us so we can try to resolve any concern amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of the registered office of Ruptech Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.

20Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

21Grievances & Contact

For questions about these Terms, or to raise a complaint about our services, please contact us. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Complaints about a loan or policy itself may also be raised with the concerned Partner's grievance redressal mechanism.
